Terms of Sale

These terms cover your purchase and use of the practice tests sold on this site (Rough-In Prep, Roll Call Prep, Homeroom Prep and Hot Stick Prep), made by Novus Ordo by Beaux Taylor (NOBBT, “we”). Last updated October 14, 2026.

What you get

Online access to the full practice tests you bought, for your own study. One purchase is for one person.

What it is not

The questions are original practice material. They are not any real test’s questions, and we are not affiliated with any test publisher, employer, union or agency, including the IBEW, NECA, the electrical training ALLIANCE, California POST, any police department, ETS, the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) or any utility. No practice material can guarantee a test result.

Payment and refunds

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe. You can get a full refund within 30 days; see the refund policy.

Fair use

Please don’t post your access link publicly, share it outside your household, or copy and resell the questions. If a link is shared widely, we may replace it and send paying customers the new one.

Errors

We check every answer before publishing. If you think one is wrong, email support@nobbt.com and we’ll look at it and fix it.

Limits

We work to keep the site available but can’t promise it will always be. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
